750k Water Tower Coating Project

LEGAL NOTICE

 

Sealed Bids for the 750k Water Tower Coating Project will be received by the Village of New

Lebanon at the Village Office located at 198 S. Clayton Road, New Lebanon, Ohio 45345 until

Thursday, December 16, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.  At that time the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The bid will furnish all mobilization, demobilization, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project known as the 750k Water Tower Coating Project.

 

Contract documents, bid sheets, plans and specifications can be obtained at the Village Offices, 198 S. Clayton Rd., New Lebanon, Ohio 45345, Monday thru Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. at a cost of $50.00 per set.

 

Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code.  Bid security furnished in bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety.

 

All contractors and sub-contractors involved with this project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the Equal Opportunity Requirements of the Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123 is required.

 

Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rate on Public Improvements in Montgomery County and the Village of New Lebanon Ohio as determined by the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services, Wage and Hour Division, (614) 644-2239.

 

The Municipal Council reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals; to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received or to accept any proposal which is deemed most favorable to the Municipality of New Lebanon.
